 CONSTRUCTION IS DONE!
Everyone is so excited about finally getting this 3rd phase of our construction completed! Our building is 20,850 sq. ft. and was used for the majority of its' life as a distribution warehouse for a candy/cigar company. We leased the building in 1999 and began our 1st phase of construction which included our reception area, daycare space, office, employee break rooms, groom shop and cattery. In 2004 we converted part of the remaining space to our very popular Luxury Lofts. In doing so we moved our employee breakroom. In 2005 we purchased the company that owned the building, which put us in a better business position to be able to safely invest more into the structure. With this buildout we are finally converting the last 8200 sq. feet of warehouse space into shiny, new and fully usable space.
Below are some of the construction excitement so you can feel like you were there! This phase added the Bow Wow Beach Club, a fantastic indoor dog playground that doubles as the boarding dog exercise/play area. We'll also have a swimming pool for the dogs, 32 new lofts for boarding customers, a dedicated food preparation area for the pets staying with us and office space for our kennel staff. It will also includes a new classroom for our staff training as well as the classes we hold for pet care industry personnel to attend.
